Katie Schultz
Clinical Psychologist
As a psychologist, I am passionate about providing a welcoming and collaborative environment for therapy. I believe in meeting each client with genuine compassion and unconditional positive regard as we work together in a supportive environment towards our shared goals. I work collaboratively with people experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, self esteem concerns, burnout and periods of adjustment. Using evidence-based strategies, we explore what drives underlying patterns and develop practical tools to navigate change, manage stress, and build clarity, confidence, and balance in daily life. My approach is centred around recognising your individual needs to foster meaningful change.
“If we share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can't survive”
